Will the monthly ATCs be a certain theme or just anything? Confuse.gif

Kandm17 - First welcome to the site! Glad to see you here. smile.gif I think Judy already answered your question, as we have a different theme for each month. We have a few openings in the months to come still also. May (Anything Yellow) and June (Hands) each have one slot still available. There are several slots open in the July swap (Rome and all things Roman).

Gayle or Cindy ... I want to get my cards out to you tomorrow but there is nothing about how we should mail them. I typically package them so they won't be bent and then add a return envelope and cash for postage. Is that OK? You do not need to send me the page holder for the cards ... that way I can send a smaller padded envelope.

Let me know if this is OK or if there is some other way that shipping is being done as my cards for April are done and ready to go.
Thanks

Send them in as you planned. Include a return label in the package for me to use when I send them back to you. No need for extra envie or postage.

Those are already made up and just waiting for some beautiful ATC's to be addded. biggrin.gif

This swap got a little messy when Gayle ran off to do other wonderful things. I didn't pick up the ball and run with it very well. But I've got my act together again and wanted to offer everyone an update on where we stand with this.

At the start of this swap I do believe it was decided it would run from Feb - Nov and taking a break through the December holidays. Then the book would be finalized just after the first of the year. Since we only got through July before things went hay-wire, I'm going to have to change this info. We'll pick up and do the last 4 swaps AFTER the holiday season. The book will then be finalized over the summer instead.

I'll post out the themes prior to starting again and with PLENTY of time for sign-ups so if folks want to accomplish several sets and mail all at one time, you should be able to do so. But we'll keep the oficial sign up and mail in dates set for the 1st and the 10th of the swapping months. I hope this will give everyone plenty of breathing room to get through their holiday crafting and family activities without any additional stress.

In the mean time - I've still got one more of Gayle's boxes to go through and will hopefully find her "hands" cards. I cry everytime I have to go through another one of her boxes and so I've been putting this off far too long. But I really need to just get past this thing and let it happen. So if her cards aren't in there, then I'll probably request a volunteer to do a filler set - since I already did a filler for that round when another swapper dropped out. I don't mind creating another set, but I thought I'd offer the opportunity to others if it should become necessary. That way you won't have a sheet with too many of just me stuff. !rolling.gif Surely that's not what you wanted when you signed up! unsure.gif

I've also got a set of the February cards sitting here from Carolyn. I believe the deal was she wanted to swap out her original submission, with this other set. Something to do with being a picky, perfectionistic crafter I think. rolleyes.gif I absolutely L-O-V-E-D her first set. But you know how she can be difficult sometimes. !rolling.gif (Just joshin' ya Carolyn!) I'll be sending those out to the gals who were in the February swap, but I'll do that as I'm mailing out other things to you all - rather than doing a single mailing for this. K?

Hope this little note helps folks feel more comfortable with the status of this swap. I'll post out the new themes within the next few days.
