The IT staff at Invision Power finally got CHW moved over to a new server this morning and so far, it's looking like that has fixed a lot of problems I was having on the site.

The biggest frustration for me during the last few weeks is that sometimes I could access the site and sometimes I couldn't. Getting bumped off once I was on, was equally as frustrating. If you all were experiencing that too - I sooooo apologize!

So we are on the mend and very soon now I'll have the settings put back in order and pictures reconfigured, etc. Give me a few hours and I'll let you know where I stand on things and then have you report any broken pieces after that. If you experience screwy stuff now, it's probably just because I'm getting things reset correctly.

After the problems were fixed last week I got so excited. I think maybe when I danced that jig I might have jumbled something else up. .

Not really. But apparently when they switched us over to the new server our DSN didn't get switched appropriately and many of us (included maaw) got locked out. The error message most folks were getting said the account was suspended. Not so, my friends. You just can't get rid of me that easily! The DSN account was just screwed up when they made the transfer. The guys apparently gott'er fixed this morning??? I'm still going to do some email follow ups to make sure our members are all back online.

But in the mean time I'd love to hear from you all who were locked out and are now back in again. It would help me see if things are REALLY fixed or if it's just me. Check in here and leave a quick message please!

This is the longest string of IT issues I've ever had in my life time. I'm tellin' ya - I WILL NOT let these darned machines take over! Ugh! I will prevail. I am woman, hear me roar!... and shout, and scream, and whimper and little too!
