This little Yahoo Group that I've belonged to for a while, are in the process of moving their site into a forum and blog setting. It's made up of a group of gals who are in the business of Scrapping for Others. If this sounds like something of interest to you, check out the DigiD4O.com website. They are mostly digi-scrappers. However the info they have to share would be relevant to paper scrappers and/or hybrid scrappers too.
They are still working out a few bugs here and there with their new website. But it's a fun group of people sharing some awesome business advice.
